MS.Veg!!! Food Food!!!

yesterday my whole family have a dinner at MS.Veg...

my family ate there the 1st time...

one day we went to eat 2 times...

1st time is lunch then dinner also at there...

haha...

but the food really very nice...hehehe...

when salary come out will bring my family go there eat again...

curry mee...

satay...

fruit tea..


nasi lemak + rendang...

soy noodle + wantan

porridge + salted ege + sea weed...

LIFE...

TIRED DAY...

Today need to settle all the statement and post to all the statement to customer...

about 350 statement to print...

after that need to tear to piece then arrange by company...

then stick the stem at the envelope...

tehn put all the statement in to the envelope...haha...

all this thing i done in 2 day...

omg!!! make my hand muscle very pain...haiz..

but can learn something new lo....

hahaha...

my table condition in this 2 day...

350++ de statement done dy...
haha...

my table full dy...haha...

if DATO saw this...will get mad...

also got many rubbish on my table...

need to clean it up...

PAIN!!!!

PAIN...

pain is like a stimulus that can be detected after the interpretation of certain signals by brain.

Pain is a blessing in disguise.

It is an unpleasant feeling that one has when a part of the body is hurt or when one is ill.

Pain always makes somebody to feel unhappy and upset.

Thus, it is considered as negative.

there are 2 types of pain, namely:

1. physical pain.

2. emotional pain.

Physical pain is caused when a part of the body is hurt which could lead to injury.

Emotional pain is caused when one's feeling or emotion is hurt either through the use of improper words, actions or the loss of one's beloved person.

Both pain resulted the affected person to feel physically and emotionally uncomfortable.

Pain can cansidered as an alarm bell.

It is a tool for survival.

Our body is a wonderful machine.

Pain tell us that our body needs attention.

Sometimes we tend to overlook the needs of our body.

Pain saves us from being at risk.

We should be thankful when we have pain.

It teaches us to be tough and tells us that there is a problem and attention is needed.

mummy birthday [5 JAN 2011]...

today is mummy birthday...

so me and hoeying plan to buy cake to mummy...

as birthday present...

so we buy chocolate banana and chocolate fudge to mum n dad...

today working as usual but using computer to key in documents...

huh...

whole day also key in data...

also make my eyes blurr blurr...

but today really happy with this work...

compare with last 2 day that is find and match...haha...

hope tomorrow will be better than today haha...

they teach me alot...

SYNOPSIS :
The management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singers to the

but really happy and tired...

however can learn many new things...

need to thanks the senior because they teach me alot things...

btw i really miss my school life especially when i'm in band...

want join the band again...
